I would like to suggest that you do something of a more humanitarian effort during this pandemic and offer all your customers a discount and perhaps put everyone back to their initial sign up rates which are short term. We made you the success you are and pay an exorbitant price to keep you there.
How about a little paying it forward for a change. A chance to make Comcast look good because you don't given you have a rather large monopoly of this market and use it to corporate advantage at the cost of customers.
