Dear Mr Yoshihiro. I am a new Yamaha customer I bought a outboard motor. One of your dealers is trying to pull fast ones. To my surprise when I called customer service I received terrible service the manager hung up on me when I was begging her to help me. Most of this is a misunderstanding the dealer is trying to add money to the selling price at a ver very high interest rate. When one of your employees refuses to help a customer then hangs up on them you should know. You should know when a dealer is making your brand look bad. Respectfully Sean Baxter
