Dear Yamaha Management,
I am writing this letter to the management of Yamaha India / Japan with great disappointment that why in world i have purchase Yamaha Bike.
Sir, for your kind information i had purchase Yamaha R15 Version 2.0 on 24-8-2015 from your authorized sales / Service center Delhi Scooter Raja Garden New Delhi ( India ) and now i am thinking that why i took that decision to opt for Yamaha Bike.
Though i go for the Japanese Brand for its masculines and for Trust that Yamaha has in its bikes for years.
Just a breif notes on your R15 Bike.
1. From the day i purchased this bike it has some distorted sound in Engine.
2. Shocker\'s are noisy.
3. Both Discs Brakes has noisy sound.
4. Tail Lights vibrated so much.
5. Gear box is making enormous sound.
6. Tapet and chain set are also having some fault.
Please Note for the above listed complaints i also visited your pathetic service center at kirti Nagar and got my complaint enrolled in your system vide Customer ID- 5107300f4115h31 and your service center guys unscrewed every inch of my newly purchased bike but the problem is still.
No rectification of complaint has been brought under and i just left with the noisy and humming sound of this so called Yamaha Bike, service center person also mentioned that this bike has some manufacturing defect in it.
Sir, if this kind of products are being made and are sold out to the customer then i would never recommend Yamaha Bikes to anybody.
I have spent a 1 and half lakh rupees on this product and what i am getting in return is troubles, If no solution have been given to me then would be left out with no choice but just to go and knock the Doors of consumer forum.
Either replaced this pathetic bike / or refund my hard earned money.
