I apologize because I was due to my questions and disappointment over the operations of Yamaha Corporation in Europe turned directly to you. When purchasing a motorcycle I was simply taken over by Yamaha and then I stopped thinking about buying a motorcycle from another manufacturer. Motorcycle repair it for almost a month (for some delay is to blame the insurance company), as the supply of spare parts is too long. I omitted the last days of motorcycle season here in Slovenia due to unreasonable delivery times of parts.

˝If parts require them just do not send what we have to do˝ is answer service representative. Because I want to pass someone, who would have understood, I decided to write you. I remain at Yamaha, but the bitter aftertaste.
