Dear Mr. Nakata.
I'm contacting you regarding a product I purchased and wish to be compensated for loss of use.

I researched quite a few top-name AV receivers before buying on December 2019 a Yamaha AVENTAGE RX-A1080 7.2-Channel Network A/V Receiver based on Yamaha's reputation for reliable and excellent performing electronics equipment. This purchase was to be a powerful upgrade and was deeply thought out before.

After connecting the unit, I had trouble with subwoofer pre-out jacks. I contacted Yamaha Customer Support and we determined the unit was defective.

The unit was received at Tap Electronics in Buena Park CA USA on June 16, 2020 and has been in repair since. Tap Electronics reported the issue appears also on a brand new unit. And the repair center isn't sure if it's a configuration issue or need the attention of Development Engineering, after all this time.

I am disappointed and frustrated. My patience has been tested and I am growing impatient with frustration because I have not used the AV receiver I debated over.

Hence, I'm asking to be compensated by upgrading to a Yamaha AVENTAGE RX-A3080 A/V Receiver.

Please contact me by July 31, 2020. I will follow up through this method if I don't hear back.

Cordially,
Walt Muta
