Maybe my problem is small, nevertheless I know your honorability, because of that I am writting you. A week ago, I bought a Receiver RX-A880 from your distributor in Bolivia (City of La Paz) Yamabol S.A. I paid, they billed me and when I got home the equipment was beaten. I returned the equipment and they asked me for a few days to review it. Just in case, I reserved the inferior RX-A780 model. Today, I went to Yamabol S.A. in charge of Ms. Hada, and she herself told me that the equipment was bad and that the inferior equipment that I reserved, she sold it. Now, she told me that they cannot help me and that there is no solution for my case. This made me very unmotivated, disappointedand being a Yamaha fan, I don't think it is fair or honorable, as Japanese culture is like that.
