Last year, I bought my Yamaha upright U3. I had it tuned completely about 3 months ago. Now I'm having problems with the mechanism. I can't find anyone to back up the warranty on my piano. I called Austin, Texas, Yamaha Piano, and they refused to do anything because I didn't buy it there. I bought it at the Piano Gallery in Corpus Christi, and no one has reached out to honor that warranty. I have no regrets about that piano, it's a beautiful piano, beautiful sound. But I need to have that warranty honored. Thank you very much.
