Yes, I am in Midlothian, Virginia and have a major problem with my checking account. I cannot get a resolution and have been through at least 7 people to try to help me.
I am trying to find out who is the Regional Vice President over the branch managers in this area who might be able to help me.
Troy Ferguson (Branch Manager at SunTrust, Westchester Commons, Midlothian, Virginia) will not return my phone calls.
Can someone please help me. I am in an emergency situation with overdraft fees due to a postdated check that was put through on my account and rather than paying the smaller checks, they paid that one and I have close to $300.00 in overdraft fees and have a mortgage and power bill to pay next week.
I need a contact person desperately.
