Yes, I just got I f2f the phone after leaving a message on a "RECORDED LINE" forsimeone to call me back reguarding my complaint.
I feel like I have been "Discriminated " against from "Dollartree", due to the fact back in" June" I was told by the store manager that I had to take a weeks "Vacation", due to low sales and when I come back to work the next person would take her week off and so on down the line.
Well that "NEVER "happened.. I took my week but no one else took a "vacation"..
Then after the manager left and new employees to manage the store came in, my days were cut from 4 days to 1 day,I asked the "TEMPORARY MANAGER" WHY I WAS INLY GETTING 1 DAY A WEEK HER RESPOBCE TO ME WAS, "BECAUSE DAVID IS MORE PRODUCTIVE THAN YOU ARE..I TOLD HER THAT WAS DISCRIMINATION ON HER PART BECAUSE "DAVID", PUTS OUT THE SAME AMOUT IF BIXES PER HOUR THAT WE ALL DOs so I called the district manager which was
"Rene", here in Grand Prairie, TX and I told Rene that she had discriminated against me and told him that I will call fi r my paperwork from the "EEOC", so he gave me 4 days again.So in the mean time NO ONE ELSE IS TAKING A VACATION YET AND THE ACTING MANAGEMENT "KIWI"AND" DONTE"AT THE STORE HERE IN "GRAND PRAIRIE", decides to bring in yet another "NEW"EMPLOYEE. I "CAN''T get any hours" but they are hireing this new person !!!!!
So weeks has gone by now since he had been at the store, nasI have WATCHED SO MUCH FAVORITISM GIVEN TO THIS YOUNG MAN BY "DONTE" AND "KIWI"... YOU WOULD THINK THAT HE HAS TO BE RELATED IN SOME WAY FOR THE TREATMENT HE RECIEVES FROM THEM..
WE HAD A TRUCK THIS PAST THURSDAY AND IT WAS 2000 CASES DURING THOSE HOURS OF UNLOADING THE TRUCK I WATCHED HIM
"CHECKING" HIS PHONE Constantly taking several "breaks", then walking in and out if the cooler where ""THE FROZEN FOOD IS KEPT" he was keeping his "drink" cold...Just because other people of management are doing the same thing... I ALSO I HAVE WORKED FOR DOLLARTREE ALMOST "6"MONTHS AND I HAVE "NEVER" OPENED THAT DOOR ON THE FREEZER YET!!!!!! I ALSO WITNESSED WHILE WORKING ON THE WAREHOUSE THAT DAY THAT
"KIWI" HAD REACHED UP AND PULLED "LINT" OUT OF THIS PERSON'S HAIR, THAT'S WHEN I THOUGHT THIS YOUNG MAN HAS TO BE RELATED IN SOME WAY TO EITHER "DONTE"
OR "KIWI", BECAUSE THERE IS ALOT OF CLOSENESS THERE, I KNW THAT "DONTE" AND "KIWI" live in the same apt, because when" REBECCA" WAS MANAGER, she said NOTHING WAS GETTING DONE BECAUSE OF THEY WERE ALWAYS TOGETHER TALKING CONSTANTLY AND SHE HAS TO PUT THEM ON DIFFERENT SHIFTS!!!!
THIS PAST SATURDAY WHICH WAS
JULY "23RD" I HAD GONE TO" DONTE" WHICH IS THE MERCY MANAGER TO TELL HIM ABOUT "MARCUS" THE NEW EMPLOYEE IS CONSTANTLY IN "ON HIS PHONE" AND HE WAS PUTTING THINGS IN THE FLOOR INSTEAD OF THE SHELF AND "DONTE'S" REPLY TO ME WAS "YOU DONT WANT TO GO THERE", I THOUGHT "OMG", THATS WHEN I THOUGHT HE HAS TO BE" RELATED" TO SOMEONE IN here...
Then last "MONDAY"the 18th of JULY I had gone to wirk and DONTE' left instructions for me to put out my STATIONARY so When I started to do so I was called away by the "NEW MANAGER" TO CLEAN THE AREA, Itryed to tell him we do that the last 30 min. Of our shift, he would not listen to me. Do he goes and walks off and I'm still putting up stock, "LACY" COMES BY 10 MINUTES LATER AND START "SCREAMING" at me why I'm not cleaning, again I try to tell him when we clean and he won't listen, so I told him I would tell "DONTE" WHEN HE INTERUPTED ME AND YELLED AT ME AND SAID
"I DONT CARE WHAT YOU TELL HIM", walks off again. This time I had to "STOP" PUTTING CASES IN THE SALES FLOOR, AND CLEAN FOR THIS MAN. THERE WAS" 60" CASES THAT WAS NEVER PUT OUT THAT DAY.. I DO ABOUT 25 CASES PER HOUR, AND I HAD ONLY 3 HOURS LEFT IN MY SHIFT...
I TEXTED "RENE" TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED HE NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK!!!
THIS PAST "SATURDAY" WENT TO WORK AND IT WAS DURING THE LAST PART OF MY SHIFT WE PICKED UP ITEMS FROM THE FLOORWHERE THEY WERE LEFT FOR
OUT of THEIR "BOX" to be picked up and shelfed!!!! Before we were done I was doing
"Go backs" when I saw the "new manager"
"Lacy" outside the store looking through the window at us working!!!!!
I just want you to kniwthis information because I feel like I'm being "FORCED OUT" SO THEY CAN MAKE ROOM FOR THEIR PEOPLE TO WORK. AND I FEEL LIKE I'M BEING DISCRININATED AGAINST ....
