Yes I'm edmundo olivarez I had a problem on Sunday with the customer service .I believe it was Sunday . well I called to make a payment arrangement and I did I made the arrangement for this Thursday I tried to get my service restored but the customer service lady had me on hold for a half hour before she transfered me to a supervisor but they never answer I called back and again the lady had me on hold for a half hour them she transfered me again to supervisor to see if she could hald me restore my service and again no answer so I call back the 3erd time and I was made as soon as the customer lady answer I told here I just want to talk to some one I'm charge it took her another 30mintes to transfer me to a supervisor . OK then I i got to talk to supervisor Debra or Debby she sounded like the same lady in customer service like if they where playing games with me well supervisor Debby could not help me restore my device ether IV been a direct TV customer for about 1 YEAR now and they could not restore my service that BULL this is my first time getting shut off and I thought customer service was no help at all Im thinking of going with another company I don't have phone to call only emails my name is edmundo olivarez the address where I have my service is 1014 N Los olivos Dr Goodyear az 85338 I just wold like to have my cable back on can U help SR my die amount is $80 but on my promise to pay I told them I was going to pay $120 and this Thursday and still they did even try to help me thank U have a good evening
