Yes I'm writing This because I just got off the phone with kohls customer service which this has been the 4 or 5 th phone calls made in the last two weeks I have been getting extremely rude reps and even one that has hung up on me I have been a very loyal customer for years and 2 weeks ago ordered about $500 worth of items for my childrens birthdays which is his weekend , well someone physically changed my address after I ordered and the stuff was sent to someone else I was told at first to wait till it was all delivered and I would get my stuff resent then after it was sent we called they basically asked us to drive 6 hours to get our stuff from that address ! Then I just got off the phone with Austin who is a supervisor and he basically told me there is nothing he can do but put a another email in for someone to contact me within 48!hours and now my children have no gifts for their birthdays !! Worst customer service I have ever received from a company and feel as if I was robbed of money and as well as gifts for my children !! the only thing I asked was get my gifts here by my kids birthdays and I was told that won't happen by Austin
