Yesterday 03/29/2016 I had the visit of the technician to repair my fridge I waited 10 days for this and told me and the time he left after 24 hours the refrigerator would be working properly and it was so. I was calling customer service regarding this is horrible for a company like sears and now they the appointment would be next April 11 if you add up waiting 10 days before the technician came after a lack of knowledge or the experience of the technician ore 11 days until April 11 they would then 1 days waiting for my fridge to be fix . That is unacceptable and I hope a different aid from you with a creditable solution for a client. Waiting for your prompt response, Arnoldo
