Dear Mr. O’ Leary,
You have not yet replied to my email so I am sending it again in hope that you will now do so.
I was on a flight to Birmingham with RyanAir on the 1st April and returned on the 2nd. April.
I am wheelchair bound and require manual assistance. I have flown many times with RyanAir in the past and each time I have the same problem, lack of space and discomfort.
With the seating so close together, I found it unpleasant, upsetting and for me very undignified. Is there any chance a better seating arrangement can be made for all wheelchair bond users?
For example, the spacing is so narrow also why all wheelchair users are placed beside the windows.?
