Martha Henderson sent a message to James M. Cracchiolo - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ameriprise Financial - Email Address that said:
You have our IRA Stuck in a cash account and I cannot get your customer service people to move it to new brokerage firm, We have submitted transfer forms 2 times and I am told to send another transfer form. When asked why my transfer is being rejected I am told we dont know just send another. In the mean time our funds are stagnant and we are loosing money. Please help I am at my wits end.
