Donald sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
You have the most disrespectful people at your Retention Department, We were coming back to Centurylink as of yesterday wife dealt with customer service for a very very long time yesterday to no avail. They said they completed Order Order couldn't have been completed because serviceman would have had to come out and switch wire aroung as we had our phone service with Charter Communication, Cenyurylink told us evrything was complete, could not have been complete because no one came out. We were told we had service, I called to make sure Order was cancelled and they said it was completed because we still don't have phone service which we don't have and never want phone service ever again with Centurylink. We will use Cell Phones which their people are easier to deal with and seem a lot smarter and not as rude as Centurylink people. I want to make sure we our not getting a bill from Centurylink for no service. With all the hassalle my wife went through as well as my self a appologize is in order.
