You may want to assess the management at your NYC headquarters. You have a lot of disgruntled employees and your managers seem to be doing nothing about it. One was hired off the street last year to manager others yet she has no concept of what she is doing. There has been great turnover in her dept. yet no one seems to notice. She is either causing them to be fired or they are leaving out of frustration. Not good for a growing company like Ross
