You must be kidding me. I Pre-Ordered Battlefield 1 July 26. I received an email CONFIRMING that my order was paid for. Yet when Battlefield 1 came out today, (October 21st) I didn't receive my code to download it. So I contact your customer support and find out that my order didn't go through, EVEN THOUGH I RECIEVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING IT WAS PAID FOR. I insist you contact me.
