You must be the change you wish to see in the world!"
Dear Marcelo Claure
We have already reached out to Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure about the unconscionable treatment that we consistently receive from Sprint Personnel when it comes to our bill.
I am a United States Marine Vietnam Era Veteran that receives a 100% VA Disability on the 1st of every month.
Unfortunately, Sprint Personnel consistently gives me a very difficult time every time we attempt to make arrangements on our bill to pay our bill on the 1st of every month.
Sprint Personnel only exacerbates the Illnesses VA medically treatments me for that I obtained during Honorable Military service to this country and refuses to work with me.
May 30, 2016 is Memorial Day all banks and several Stores will be closed on this day.
We explained that we will receive my 100% VA Disability check until June 1, 2016.
Unfortunately, Sprint Personnel refuses to work with me and honor a reasonable and legitimate request.
We have been working with Mr. Vonte who applied my Veteran's discount which have not been applied to our Sprint account properly and we have been billed incorrectly.
We understand Mr. Vonte has made these corrections and attempted to make payment for the 1st of June 2016 but Sprint Personnel he transferred me to refuses to work or make any adjustments from May 30, 2016 when on Memorial Day all banks and several Stores will be closed on this day.
Please respond to me as soon as possible.
Until He Returns,
