Michelle sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge – Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. – Email Address that said:
You say that "at our core, [Charter is] a service organization." My experience so far has been the complete opposite. After reading Yelp reviews and talking to TN locals who have to deal with Charter on a regular basis, clearly I'm not alone. Charter has a terrible reputation. As CEO of the company, I would think you would find this unacceptable.
My mother just moved into an assisted living facility (Signature Lifestyles) in Rogersville, TN, and for weeks, we (the families and the facility) have been begging Charter to connect the phone lines. Charter won't. You can see the Charter office from the assisted living facility, yet Charter refuses to finish the job it started. In the meantime, the elderly residents have no way to talk to family members or watch tv. It is shameful.
Please, I am begging you, have someone in the Corporate Office contact the Rogersville office and tell them to do their job.
