Today I get a call saying now that cant do that, because they cant find anything in the notes saying I cancelled it. Which I di talk to someone and they said it was completed.
I have been with Sirrus for a long time and have no complains with the service until now. The people I talked to were rude and saying there is nothing they can do sorry about the email I got saying I had a credit. I am not happy with all of this and think you should how people working for you say one thing and than months later say they cant do that. thank you for your time Retired USAF Desi
