You were quoted on money.cnn.com as saying "Becoming an employer in North Carolina, where members of our teams will not have equal rights under the law, is simply untenable." What is untenable is my wife's, my daughter's, my granddaughters' having their privacy violated by being in restroom or locker room with a biological male who may or may not think he is female. What is untenable is anyone having to affirm by their profession, by their trade, by their presence a ritual which is intrinsically disordered.
