Misty sent a message to Michael L. Corbat CEO, Citigroup Inc. – email address that said:
Your bank have messed up. You're staff are more incompetent than TCF Bank and its staff. My bills are being returned because Citibank constantly telling them that my account is frozen. I pay over thirty bills amount. I'm going to file a lawsuit against Citibank because one of your workers decided to deposit my check into an account that have him more points. Citibank is doing the same thing as Wells Fargo. I've called numerous times and Citibank refuses to admit that they are reporting that I'm using a frozen account. I have proof! I've received letters from many of the companies I pay to. I will take this to the news believe me I'm not the only one complaining about Citibank.
