Your company charged my acct. twice and I have spoken with my legal advisor who I work for about this matter and I have witnesses while I was speaking to Time Warner three or four times. Please advise your staff to refund my money to my acct that was taken out twice and also, please ask them to remove my banking acct. number from your files because I am getting ready to CLOSE this acct. to avoid it being used by Time Warner.
