Your company has fundamental operational problems. I contacted several of your branches, including head office, to buy wholesale tobacco. The process has been farcical. Nobody on your switchboard knows how to connect me to anyone in your company who will sell me tobacco. I have been going around in circles. I experience this kind of operation in third world countries, but I don't expect it from JTI. If you allow this kind of dysfunctionality in your organisation, I respectfully suggest that you are not meeting your fiduciary duty to your shareholders.
