Your company has serious customer service reps. My complaint/issues are too numerous to give in writing. I would, however, like a phone call. My father-in-law is a major stock holder with DTE. Just to let you know, I have been on hold with various departments of DTE this morning for over one and one half hours. I would hope this is recognized. If I were to bill you for my time as an attorney it would amount to close to $600. Please call me so I can express my dissatisfaction with DTE and get some satisfaction that the items I would like to tell you are addressed.
