Your company is of the worst run customer service oriented companies Ive ever dealt with. The new policy of not allowing people to pre-post a payment to their bill is ridiculous. As a single mother with children in high school that need Internet I dont always have the funds to pay it directly on time. And for you to threaten to shut off my Internet when I could pay in four days is ridiculous and a scam to get more money from me to turn it back on. You would not realize this as you make an extensive amount of money and dont need to worry about the every day expenses that are needed for a family. Ive been a customer with Time Warner cable for over 10 years and never had such an issue until spectrum came along. I will be looking for a different service-based want you know you should be more cognizant of peoples needs and not just be about all the money that you want to make.
