Richard sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. that said:

Your company is one of the worst for support. I have waited 3 days for a password reset instructions that I was told would take 24 hours to send. 24 hours to send a password reset? What the heck is wrong with this company. I cant use chat because i guess you are allowed only so much chat time. Do you think i will buy anymore sony products or another playstation? Call me and i will let you know in 24 hours my answer.
