Your company is rubbish at addressing complaints. But I am sure you already know this. I have taught customer service at an advance level and I can tell you that any customer service policy is only as good as those charged with delivering it. Spend more time making sure your customers complaints are addressed, you should always remember them on the way up and riding high, you might need customer loyality on the way down.
