Susan sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge – Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Your Company offices via phone have failed to fix a mistake I continually request to be fixed!
The original operator who signed me up for your services messed up my Last Name. I continually receive calls and continually correct your callers that my name is not SUSAN ROBISH it is Susan Savage!
I have been a customer since January 7th and requesting that this be fixed since I received my first bill.
I am completely outraged that this is such a difficult task for your team and absolutely applaud that your team member could even mess up Savage to Robish in the first place.
I think it is completely irresponsible of your entire team that has ever been in contact with me via phone. Not one of them has done something to resolve this issue and many of them claim that they will fix it!
Further more I see no responsibility to pay for your services with my name not even being the account holder! Legally I'm paying someone else' bill every month that goes by unresolved!
