Your customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with and I am 65 years old and am responsible for 725 of my own employees. I have been on the phone with your customer care department twice today for over and hour and a half and have accomplished nothing. I may not be you but I understand business and my employees respect me. Your CSR's can't speak English. When I ask to be transferred to someone who does they put me on hold and never come back. I have 2 accounts with and trust me they are both in jeopardy at this point as far as I am concerned. 2 accounts may not be a big deal to you but that could turn in to 4 etc. Let's see if someone with any knowledge of how to handle customers and speaks our language can call me back.
