Your customer service manager identified as " Jamie" stated he has no boss. I asked for help with a reported failed water pump on my bike that has only 7,661.0 miles on it. It's at HD Atlanta and I have been a loyal customer. Not anymore! When I called back the customer service put me on hold then hung up my call as I waited for them to return to the line. I want help on this because i don't believe HD builds inferior products like this and if so they would stand behind it. Will you help out? Jefrey
