David sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:
Your employees are a bunch clueless people.. I ordered something from BestBuy.com thru e-bay during your anniversary sale. A few day later, I e-mailed inquiring about my order. 1/2 hour later they cancel it. I called, e-mailed, and they were clueless on my order. I had one response from them saying, since you were refunded the money, the Item is now available on Bestbuy.com website for the same price. I paid $283.99 + TAX, I went to the website and it the price was $386.99 + Tax. How can that be the same price?.. What a scam!!... The item was Samsung Model Ordered Aug 23rd
