Your employees have really screwed my family over. Their failure to actually do the job has set my family back 10 years and into debt. The only thing worse than what they did ,even knowing they are wrong, is not caring, passing me from one person to the next .I FULLY UNDERSTAND WHY SOME PEOPLE WOULD EAT A BULLET!
