Your Hilton Hotel @Biltmore Park, Asheville, NC deserves accolades for their compassion and hospitality shown to stranded motorists on New Years Eve. Motorists were stranded due to an unexpected ice storm. Hilton provided space, blankets, drinks, etc. and harbored them during the night. Other hotels refused to even let people stay in their lobby. My company has used this Hilton on several occasions for luncheons, breakfast meetings, and they always did a superb job. This incident was reported on Facebook via a post from WLOS-TV. I encouraged others, via this post to give any potential business to this hotel. They went out of their way to help others, and deserve to be recognized for it. Just wanted you to know.
