Your internet company is terrible, they do not care about the customers, your employees are trained wrong and totally imcompetent. Your speeds are laughable and totally shit, your company doesn't do anything to upgrade the speed or assist the users. How your company continues to exist is beyond me. And if I was not in a state of low funds right now, I would never use your company. Working for Radioshack you have no idea how many customers come in each day and ask about other companies because of how terrible your customer service and speeds are. Perfect example, we are paying for 7 megs of internet speed for download. Not even getting half of that speed, is that really how you want your company represented?
