Your Manager Mike and two previous staff a female and a male at customer service I called are all unprofessional and provide poor customer service. They are accusing me that I used a different card to make the online purchase when I told Mike it clearly shows deduction out of my MasterCard and I only have one MasterCard and no other cards I own. I returned an item at the store and was never refunded of $82.93 since 12/03/16. I even called customer service and waited 10 days before speaking with the Manager Mike since the lady before him was rude to me and kept denying what I was saying. Mike also was telling me to go back to the store and keep my receipt next time. I told him, I have been a shopper for the last two years with Bed Bath Beyond and I will no longer shop there because of their lack of help and refunding me my money for almost a month now. I am very unhappy with his resolution and I have a mobile app with my bank which clearly see my purchases and the company and refunds. I do not show a refund made from Bed Bath Beyond for a month now and I have called 3 times and get bad service. Customer Service needs to be replaced and trained the was they speak to a customer who the company owe's money to. And Mike could not tell me when the refund will be available to me. I asked him to email me and it doesn't sound promising and I have now a headache of just trying to get my refund. I feel the need for a CEO to know this. I cannot tell if any of the refunds prior in the two years where done correctly because of this matter. Mike is obviously not taking this seriously. So it is why I emailed you, all of the staffs I spoke with especially the lady before Mike and Mike should be fired. I am taking this very seriously. No apologize where made. As you can see this is unprofessional type of staff and Manager.
