Your policy of separately seating everyone who has not paid additional funds to your airline to be seated
beside friends, family and carers is tantamount to a
possibly legal form of extortion for which going back to
a time prior to De-Regulation of the transport industry
would have seen culprits such as --- being jailed.
How this and most other policies under which your
airline operates can be considered as providing a service is beyond comparison and would not be allowed in the transport of animals, hence the reason why no doubt you are not in that area of business. However no doubt your methods of doing
business are applauded by your wealthy fellow shareholders, but to imply that the complaints about your methods come from a whinging minority says more about the man you are : than all the wealth it has allowed you to accumulate.
