Your representative gave me the wrong information on my disbursement. Resulting in me getting my Disney Pension. Every day this is delayed is costing me money. I need my money sent today not 10 days to go in my investments. And I can go on my vacation this has been going on since January. Today I sport with two more of you people Alexa and a manager Rachel Taylor. They are basically saying I have to wait and there is nothing they can do to speed this up. I need your prompt attention to this matter.
