Your retail store in Del Rio, TX has a lot to be desired. It was/ is the only place that has decent appliances . We've been customers of HD for over 30 years! My poor husband had to fight and argue to have his new washer and dryer delivered inside his house, installed and tested. THAT IS WHAT YOUR POLICY IS!!!!!! Why in the hell did they want to just leave them on the curb?
He's a USAF 20 year veteran, leg and back problems and you want to leave your appliances on the damn curb? Was he suppose to tie a rope on them and drag them in with his teeth? Your employees at this store have no communication or care about customer satisfaction. AFTER we finally got a hold of corporate today 3/19, he finally got it delivered INSIDE HIS HOUSE (on Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, TX). His blood pressure went up trying to deal with this store. This shouldn't be and if Lowes was there, you would never get his business.
