yr cust service is totally incompetent. I purchased a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt jeans in Kohls two days ago. I removed the tags and was about to put them on when I noticed a terrible odor coming from them. I put them in the wash with other clothes and hung them to dry in the bathroom and now my whole bathroom stinks. I always wear this brand and tell my friends what a great fit they are.
