@yumbrands – Greg Creed – Dear Mr. Creed, I will keep this as brief as possible, but I think you

Becky Wilson sent a message to Greg Creed that said:

Dear Mr. Creed,
I will keep this as brief as possible, but I think you should be aware how your brands are handling things out in the real world. On February 13th I fell on the property of a Taco Bell in Stow, Ohio. I laid on the ground for 20 minutes outside the restaurant and finally had to call 911 myself. I filed a report before being transported with a very rude, unfriendly employee. I was contacted by the claims department, signed release forms and have NEVER heard a word back from anyone again. This is unbelievably in poor taste. I am not looking to make this into a big deal or a lawsuit, but this cost my family financially as I was out of work 6 weeks, my arm is still not stable and my health insurance is questioning their having made payment on the bills incurred as a result of this fall. I have contacted the claims reps that contacted me with no response so I am now emailing everyone I can get an email for including the CEO. If I have no other recourse, I guess I will turn this over to the local newspaper and a lawyer, but would like to prevent that if possible. Can someone please reach out to me.
Sincerely,
Becky Wilson
