Good Afternoon,
I was once a GM for the Yum Brands organization. I know the standards that Yum Brands represent, but I know of a Taco Bell that isn't even close to the standard. This store is costing you any where from 100,000 to 500,00 a year. Of course this is just an estimate, but it remains the only store in 20 mile radius. This store is unsanitary, rude and have know care in the world about the standards. I have had several issues with this store, to be honest more then I could count. The other night I went into this store again because I don't want to travel twenty miles for Taco Bell. I went in their with my Nephew who is eleven. The first thing I noticed is the lobby was closed at seven PM. Well I had a mobile order that said you need to come in to get the order. I went in the food had not even been started. Not to mention their was a guy on the line cursing to the Manager because people were coming in when the lobby was closed. The Manager allowed this employee to talk this way as we were standing at the front. He then proceeded to call people idiots when two teenagers came in, because the door still remained unlocked with the lobby closed not for technical difficulties, but because they were short staffed. I told the Manager that I didn't appreciate the employee talking like that especially in front of my eleven years old Nephew. The Manager shrugged it off as did I until I got home and saw that my order was completely wrong after waiting thirty minutes for a mobile order that said the order was complete. Overall I have had nothing but issues with this Taco Bell for about a year now. As of right now I will not be going back. Thank you for your time and have a great day.
