As a former TB restaurant manager who worked my way up while in college and a GM for several years of another restaurant. I am saddened by the lack of customer service, food preparation and time it takes to get the food in the Pensacola FL locations. Could I please be directed to someone who will hear my complaints in whole? I had a particularly disturbing guest experience last evening, culminating with an employee following me to my car.
