I placed an order on line at the Nostrand ave property, it was accepted, an hour later I was notified, product was on the way. Then I received notification that order was canceled by provider for lack of product. ??? My card was charged. This is very disappointing and a poor effort to establish a good customer relationship.
A response from management may assist in my consideration with doing business again with this property.
