My wife visited your store # 034386 on 7/29/2018 and placed an order in drive thru , when she got home she realized that they had left out 2 crunchy tacos and the cheese sauce on the nachos , so i went up there to explain that my order was wrong and the guy that i talked to was great he apologized and ask if he could get me something while i wait and i said a cinnamon twist would be good for my time traveled back and he asked the manager and in front of me said no way. then i waited and waited watched the manager wait on four drive thru customers not even acknowledging me so i ask him why have you not made my order i have been waiting since 7;00 pm and it 7;13 pm and he said we are doing now and i said this is unacceptable you have done 4 drive thru customers and my wife ordered and paid for this at 6;32 pm. He then went to reg and gave me some money and said you need to leave i said what and he said i was being rude and i said i hope the is being recorded and he said it was and i said i was not leaving till i got the food that was missing from my grand daughter and he said he was calling the police and i said go ahead you are acting totally wrong and not doing what you are supposed to do o i waited more. then an Olathe police officer came thru the drive thru and i recognized him because i work for the city and said why didn't you have him come in and he told the girls that was making STUFF TO MAKE MY ORDER AND then they gave me my order i told the guy who's name was Tadius that i don't want the money back i just wanted the food that my wife ordered and he said i already refunded it i cant take it back . i am totally shocked that your company has someone like this waiting on customers he is a law suit waiting to happen please review any video or audio that you are able to view because this manager is way out of control
