on 5/25 I order by phone a 63 plus dollar order and was refused to be able to place my order place by phone.( I was told I had to come into the location) by the manager herself. I tried to explain to general manager 5/26 who let me know they do not honor call in orders secured by debit card. you should not advertise this service at all since I was told it had to be placed through the app. I will no longer order or go to tacobell because of this matter. Iam absolutely appalled by the fact I gave a exact time of 610pm for pick up for this order since I work yards away and wanted to be nice and give your employees enough time to get it ready And not overwelm them on a friday night exact time was 6:09 and though the receipt says my cashier was Kristina E a gentleman with a beard checked me out. I have called in orders before and have never had this problem since when I order they are rather large.
