Dear Mr. Creed
I placed an order, online, at the Walkden store on 05/11/15.
After waiting more than 30 minutes for it to be delivered I received a âphone call telling me that it would be at least another 30 minutes before it arrived. As this was too long to wait I asked for the order to be cancelled and was told that I would be \'phoned by customer services re. the refund.
I wasnât âphoned by customer services so contacted them myself. I have now sent numerous emails and made a âphone call, yet I have still not received the refund. Please explain why, 20 days after the event, I have still not received a refund?
The customer service I have received from Pizza Hut, both from the store and Customer Services, has been dreadful.
I have made a complaint to Trading Standards. I have already requested that my account is closed and will make sure that I tell my family and friends about the dreadful experience.
