The sizes of the burrito supreme and the chalupas were very small. However, the main and most important issue was our food was very cold and tasted as if it was sitting for hours. I was craving a chalupa for a few days, so I went there expecting to get a "warm and soft" tasty chalupa. we ordered four (4) chalupas, and all 4 chalupas were not only cold inside and out, but they were hard and not soft like they should be. They were very disgusting, I was so disappointed. They tasted like they were sitting for hours! I have NEVER had a bad tasting chalupa such as that one. My children also said their bean and cheese burritos were cold inside and out, my dads burrito supreme was cold and very small, and my soft taco was cold inside and out, and the tortilla tasted hard. Worse Taco Bell experience ever. I would like a refund on my meal, and would also like the management and staff to be trained on the food quality, as I spent $23.92 on this food and it was absolutely horrible. No restaurant, dine in, fancy, or fast food, should serve old and cold food.
