Sonja Robinson sent a message to Greg Creed that said:
Your General Manager Leah from your Madison Heights location in Virginia is highly unprofessional. As a crew member I walk over 2 hours for every shift to get to and from work. I got to work last Saturday and Leah told me to not bother clocking in because she did not need me and when I returned to work on the next day which was Sunday, I was told by another shift leader that if I were to come in to work that day that she needed to fire me. When I asked why Leah did not tell me herself, the shift leader responded by saying that Leah told her that she did not want to approach me because she thought I would âPunch her in the face.â I have tried calling multiple times to talk to Leah and no one at that store location has been answering the phone. I feel as though I have been mistreated and I do not appreciate the manner in which this was handled. When I looked at the new work schedule she had me scratched out for the entire week that she originally scheduled me for. I do not appreciate the manner in which she handles this. Something needs to be done.
