Mr. Alain Monié has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ingram Micro Inc. since January 20, 2012 and served as its President from November 1, 2011 to September 30, 2013. Mr. Monié served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro Inc. from November 1, 2011 to January 2012. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro Inc. from August 1, 2007 to August 22, 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President of Ingram Micro Inc. from January 2003 to August 1, 2007 and President of Asia-Pacific region from January 2004 to August 1, 2007. He served as an International Executive Consultant with aerospace and defense corporations from September 2002 to January 2003. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of APRIL Management Pte Ltd., a multinational industrial company based in Singapore from August 2010 to October 2011. Mr. Monié served as the President of the Latin American division of Honeywell International from January 2000 to August 2002. He joined Honeywell following its merger with Allied Signal Inc., where he built a 17-year career on three continents, progressing from a Regional Sales Manager to Head of Asia-Pacific Operations from October 1997 to December 1999. He has been a Director of Amazon.com Inc., since November 13, 2008 and Ingram Micro Inc. since December 2, 2011. He served as an Independent Non Executive Director of Jones Lang Lasalle Gmbh and Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (Formerly, known as Lasalle Partners Inc and LaSalle Partners Limited) from October 24, 2005 to May 2009. Mr. Monié holds a Diplomo Engineer degree from École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers (ENSAM), Bordeaux and Paris, France, and an MBA from the Institut Supérieure des Affaires, Jouy en Josas, France.
